Singapore's transgender and gender-diverse community continues to face barriers in accessing affirming support, healthcare, employment, and social inclusion. Through peer support, community programmes, education, Transbefrienders works to bridge these gaps, but lasting change is only possible with the support of dedicated volunteers.

You’ll receive:

• Volunteer onboarding and training (PFA, etc)

• Ongoing mentorship and support 

• Skills to navigate working with LGBTQ+ individuals (inclusive language, insight on unique challenges, etc)
